Goals

I really enjoy being in school because I like structure. Some people are great at creating their own but I am better served setting goals and having someone to report back to. It's like a support system. You can actually start a goals notebook (I start notebooks for everything.) Put your goals for the month (or week) on one side and the "action steps" that you are taking on the opposite page. Ask a friend to join you in doing this and hold each other accountable. Have a conversation once a month about what you've written and what you've accomplished! Give each other lots of praise and positive feedback. Take baby steps (3 foot tosses) don't try to take on too much at once because that sets you up for disappointment. Set realistic goals and have fun with i! Good luck!!! xoxo
