How clean do you eat?
Since you and I are the same age, I am very impressed with your level of fitness. Many people around our age are not active. I would like to ask, what is your routine to stay fit and how clean do you eat?
Hi! Thank you for your question and the compliment! I work out regularly about 5 times a week. I do weights and cardio. Also I eat very clean. Lots of vegetables a little fruit, fish chicken and occasional red meat. I think consistency is key. I believe it’s important to have a healthful base then if you have some cheat meals or days you can get right back on a track. Also I do some cleansing using a product called Isagenix. You can buy shakes snacks and cleanse liquids. I find when I gain 5 pounds or more I need to re-set my system and Isagenix is a great way to do that!
