Today's Reflection

Today I'm reflecting on how important it is to surround ourselves with those who love and support us. Sometimes the most "fun" friends turn out to be jealous and/or insecure and don't really have our best interests at heart. Maybe they question our intentions and don't want the very best for us because… they believe it would take away from their success. I am making a vow to only "hang out" with those who hold themselves and me to a higher standard. I want to surround myself with people who lift me up and applaud me and my growth and success. And when I'm down I want them to remind me to look for the silver lining. Do you know people like this? I want to hear from you.

Are you spending your precious time with "friends" who bring you down? Why do we continually need to be reminded it's better to be alone than with those who are constantly negative. Let's help each other in finding friends who are really for us and our growth and want the very best for us in every way ☺
