How do I get over having trust issues?
Hi! Thanks for your question. I teach “The Three Principals” and the nature of thought. If we understand thought then we understand that our “issues” aren't really a thing… They are just made up by believing our thoughts which enter our head (many a day) and tell us “there is an issue here.” When that thought comes into your head why not let it go if it doesn't feel good? Our happiness or sadness for that matter is an inside out job. Our outer experience does not create our reality but our thoughts about our outside experience does create our reality. I like to recommend books on “The Three Principals.” If you read them you will have a better understanding of thought… “The inside out revolution” by Michael Neal and “The Enlightened Gardner” by Sydney Banks are 2 great books to start with.
